Rudakova Katerina Yurievna characterizes her intense interest in art as being a culmination of a “childhood dream.” She was born in the small Belarus town of Lidiya. Early in her youth she moved to the picturesque small town of Ekapils. Her earliest artworks draw upon her deep love of and sensitivity for the natural beauty of that region.
At the age of six, she and her family moved to the Ukrainian city Dnepropetrovsk, where she began in earnest in the study of the fine arts.
Currently Katerina studies at the Academy of Arts in Kiev. She recently exhibited and was critically acclaimed for her works at a major exhibition that took place in Dneprodzerzhynsk. |
